CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations of confirmed registrations will result in a $100 cancellation fee per participant as long as it is received by Dec 4, 2011. Refunds by bank transfer will be made after the conference.
For cancellations received after Dec 4, 2011, no refunds will be made
